An interactive platform maintained in two languages provides access to this training program for employees. The platform gateways information on current training courses, presentations, workshops, and so on. You can sign up for courses online or email details of what you need to the organisers.
Company instructors host courses, particularly those in the work-related, methods and corporate sectors. Trained experts from Human Resources join with external instructors and coaches for the courses in social and personal competence training.

Six workshops, potential analysis, coaching, hands-on practical sessions plus learning-by-doing projects combine with a period of several months' work experience spent abroad in this made-to-measure trigger program to encourage high-potential developers to gear up in advance for the management and work-related remits they will be assigned within the company. The aim is to train up the next-generation leaders who will assume key roles in the Group's domestic and foreign offices.

This program, too, uses the same basic construct plus a high level of practical orientation to develop work-related, corporate, methods, personnel and social competences .
There are four routes by which Doka engineers train up for their future remits:
