Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for implementing all aspects of the branch operations including human resources development for all Operations employees.

Supports the implementation of the defined financial strategy and carries out financial planning.

Checks operational feasibility of offers to customers and customer purchase orders.
-
Handles and processes customer orders and projects in close coordination with the related salesman, engineering and Doka production in Austria according to current and projected future needs.

Insures that the inventory levels are properly maintained, organizes and monitors physical inventory counts, inventory quality and compliance with Doka quality standards.

Reviews freight costs to monitor cost effectiveness.
-
Customer credit management and insuring timely and accurate billing of all product sales, rental contracts and services.

Complaint management for all Operations related customer complaints.

Insures compliance with the branches fixed cost plans and organizes proper maintenance of all branch facilities and fixed assets.

Develops and coordinates the use of the assessment systems according to the Group standards.

Qualifications:
|
|
-
University Degree in Business required, concentration in Finance, Controlling or Logistics preferred.
-
Recent management experience in administration, operations or logistics.
-
Facilitates projects and effectively manages multiple tasks.
-
Excellent communication skills including an excellent command of Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing).
-
Qualitative abilities including strong analytical skills, technical proficiency and effective problem solving skills.
-
Possesses strong leadership skills, effectively manages a diverse team and achieves results.
-
Able to work as an organized team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
