The structure stands poised on 10 conical supports and places very high demands on the quality of the fair-face concrete. This was one of the major challenges facing the Doka formwork engineers. In addition to the easy-to-use Framax famed formwork for the smooth walls and the RS formwork for round columns to fair-face concrete specifications, 9,000 m² of project-specific Top 50 custom formwork was manufactured for the cones of the strikingly attractive architectural features. The geometry was so complicated that most of these elements were used only once.
