The dam has an overall length of 300 m and is 16,50 m high. It dams up the "yellow river" Yangtsekiang.
A modified Doka dam formwork was developed and optimised for this project. It worked with 3 m high pouring sections and only 2 panel sizes were needed.
For the tremendous portals of the tunnels the Doka technicians designed forming carriages of great dimensions. |
