Dokaset
| Dokaset wall formwork, for multi-storey residential construction, cuts manhours with its ease and speed of handling. It reduces forming-times by having up to 50% fewer wall-ties than conventional framed formwork, and because all operations can be performed from ground level. The form-ties can be operated from one side of the formwork. Safety components are seamlessly integrated into the formwork system. |
Dokaset is delivered to your site pre-assembled and folded closed, and is readied for action in a few simple steps. Its plastic-coated Xlife sheet and sturdy frame, hot-dip galvanised both inside and out, give it extra-long service life. Dokaset is extremely versatile – thanks to its practical stacking facility and the new corner solution integrated in the system.
- reduces manhours - superlative safety - easy to handle - extra-long service life

Climbing formwork Xclimb 60
| The Climbing formwork Xclimb 60 is a low-cost climbing system specifically designed for high-rise in building construction construction. It overcomes variations in the storey heights with no need for any modifications to the climbing scaffolds, and can be “climbed” either by crane or hydraulically. It is attached to the structure by way of either walls or floor-slabs, as required. |
This means that users can utilise this climbing system with both framed and timberbeam formworks for exterior façades, punctuated facades and high-rise cores, or even as a protection screen to shelter the crew from the wind and weather. An easy-to-integrate wheeling-out platform speeds up equipment handling. As well as streamlining planning and handling, the high degree of re-assembly facilitates logistics and onsite assembly. The climbing scaffolds are continuously structureguided, enabling lifting and resetting to take place in any weather and ensuring high safety in every phase of the work. What is more, the Climbing formwork Xclimb 60 makes it easier to construct allround enclosures.
- Safety in all phases of the work - Wide range of uses - Simply efficient

Staxo 100 load-bearing tower
| Staxo 100 supplements Staxo with extra frames that have an extremely high load capacity of 100 kN per leg. The ladder integrated in the tower frame, 60 cm wide clip-on assembly battens with and without manholes, “run-ahead” guard rails for safety during assembly and dismantling, and defined hitching points for fall-arrest equipment all ensure safety in every situation. |
For filler zones, a separately connectable single leg makes it possible to erect e.g. 5-leg towerframe units which can be cycled in one piece (i.e. without being dismantled), saving a great deal of time. The previous range of application has been enlarged by new diagonal crosses, with lengths of 0.60 m and 3.00 m respectively. The Screw ack foot 130 provides vertical adustment right down to the last millimetre, even where the support area includes high steps.
- Maximum safety - Faster working - Very high capacity

Table Lifting System TLS
| The new Table Lifting System from Doka sets a new standard for craneless vertical lifting of Dokamatic tables. This innovative hoisting appliance is used for safe, craneless lifting of Doka tableforms to the next storey – at a speed of 10 mmin. The valuable crane time that this saves can be used for other operations on the site, speeding up the entire construction workflow. |
The system’s integrated brackets make it possible to assemble climbing table-lifting units with a lifting height of up to 10 m. These TLS climbing units can be crane-lifted to other positions on the site at any time. Alternatively, the Table Lifting System can be stood on a base slab, permitting lifting-heights of up to 40 m. Horizontal repositioning of the tableforms is also carried out with no need for a crane, using the field-proven attachable drive unit and shifting trolley.
- Speeds up construction progress - Cuts labour costs

Supporting construction frame Universal F
| The proven Supporting construction frame Universal F is now steplessly height-adustable, e.g. for top-cover underground construction proects. A new attachable frame, with premounted stacking plates, allows a maximum pour height of 12.80 m. Even units as tall as these can be horizontally repositioned with no need for a crane, e.g. directly on the concrete with the new attachable rollers – saving time and money. |
A novel design of spindle with an articulated baseplate makes it easier to accommodate any unevenness or gradients in the ground. The extended range of safety accessories offers safe vertical access and platform solutions for every height.
- Adjustable down to the last cm - Time and cost savings - Enhanced safety

Automatic climbing formwork SKE 50 plus
| Thanks to its modular design, the new and improved version of the crane-independent Automatic climbing formwork SKE 50 offers an efficient solution for piers and pylons inclined up to 15° from the vertical, and for both simple and more complex high-rise cores. The fact that the climbing scaffolds are continuously structure-guided, with the climbing profiles automatically engaging in the suspension shoes, means the very greatest safety for the site crew. |
The wide working platforms, enclosed on all sides, and the fact that the units are lifted hydraulically with no need for a crane and without being dismantled, together en-sure a smooth construction workflow – in any weather. Together with the new radio remote-control, increased hydraulic-cylinder stroke height and reductions in the weights of individual components, this improves the cost effectiveness of the self-climbing system and provides enhanced handling safety.
- Maximum safety - Huge flexibility

Platform system Xsafe
| Personal safety on the site also boosts productivity, by enabling the crew to work faster. The Platform system Xsafe significantly enhances on-site safety. With its specially folding working platforms, integral side and end guards, permanently mountable ladders and auto-closing manhole lids, it is ready for operation straight away. |
When used on high wall formwork, Xsafe allows the panel struts to be attached to the back of the brackets in a “site-compatible” way that leaves unobstructed workplace access routes, and simplifies the planning. The stable, hot-dip galvanised, durable and thus highly economical design is tailored for use with Framax Xlife.
- Ready for immediate use - Optimum safety - Highly cost-efficient

Ladder system XS
| The new Ladder system XS ensures safe, speedier working and smooth and efficient construction workflows. The ladder, complete with an integral ladder cage, is always in place, to ensure safetyoptimised vertical access to pouring platforms andor intermediate platforms. The Ladder system XS can be attached to Doka wall and column formworks and SC-frames in a few simple steps, at ground level. This enables 100% compilance with all the regulations. |
