The Crni Kal Viaduct, costing €20.5m, will be 1065m long, making it the longest motorway bridge in Slovenia. It is also the tallest structure currently under construction in the country. The bridge will rest on a total of eleven piers, six of which present particularly difficult formwork design engineering challenges.
