High dependability, load capacity and safety are the chief characteristics of D22 dam formwork.
-
The system goes together using tapered connecting pins; no nuts and bolts are necessary.
-
The system is designed for a normal pour pressure of 1,250 psf. when forming a 10 ft. high pour.
-
The frames can be disassembled easily (only 3 pins) and moved by hand in 3 pieces.
-
The system is usable in low headroom or tight width applications. It is 6´- 0" high and 10´- 0" wide. The first lift insert allows 3" of horizontal adjustment.
-
The frames can be converted easily to a second lift cantilever system with the installation of the climbing frame again using only 2 tapered pins.
-
The system does not require the use of a bracket. The lightweight (2 lbs.) climbing cone screw is attached directly to the embedded insert, saving time and labor.
-
The system is moved by crane with no need for anyone to ride the formwork. Once the gang is dropped onto the climbing bolt, safety pins are inserted to safely secure the bracket to the wall.
-
The cantilever bracket allows the formwork to roll back up to 2´ - 6”, protecting the workers from high winds while providing a safe wide work deck to clean the forms, install rebar and set climbing hardware.
