The MF240 climbing formwork with its high load-bearing capacity is built for precision construction and efficient operations on all high-rise building and high wall applications. Components are available to accommodate any angle of wall inclination.
Formwork and climbing scaffold are connected to each other, so the entire unit can be raised in a single crane lift, reducing crane time to an absolute minimum.

The brackets are modular and assembly requires only 6 pins. Rollback mechanisms are added after the deck platforms are assembled. The main platforms can be pre-assembled either off-site or at our nearest warehouse.

The formwork can be stripped, cleaned and reused in place. The forms roll back 2’-6” via the use of a ratcheted mechanism. The crane only moves it to the next floor.

The MF240 work deck is rated at 62.5 psf. – 25% stronger than the next closest competitor. This allows you to safely place rebar, job boxes and the like conveniently on the deck. The system is strong enough to support 20 ft. high lifts.

The large 8’ wide work deck allows easy movement for your crew at high isolated work environments. When rolled back and locked off the formwork shelters your crew from high winds and weather through the longest part of the cycle. The formwork can be raised and repositioned with no need for workers to ride the formwork.

The system does not require the use of a special bracket to attach to the concrete. The lightweight (2 lbs.) climbing cone screw is attached directly to the embedded insert, saving time and labor.
|
-
All the working parts are protected from concrete and all parts are galvanized; this reduces maintenance between pours.

|
| The MF240 climbing formwork is ideal for all residential and industrial high-rise projects, bridge piers, silos, and any high multi lift structures. |
