Supporting construction frames are used to support and reliably transfer the loads from one–sided wall formwork to the concrete slab or footing below using either embedded pigtail or stop anchors.
-
The frames of the system are all welded components eliminating 90% of the assembly labor of old style “A” frame systems.
-
The system is designed for a normal pour pressure of up to 1,000 psf.
-
The available sections are a base frame of 4.5 m plus add on frames of 1.5 m, 2.0 m and 2.4 m.
-
The bottom frames have both front and rear height-adjusting jacks.
-
A special fixing unit V is available to make setting the embeds at the correct angle and position a snap.
-
The system has roller and jack assemblies that allow a pair of frames with forms to be rolled from pour to pour.
