The rentable floor-slab formwork panel with integrated corner shock absorbers

Recognisable by its distinctive blue edge protector, the Dokadur floor-slab formwork panel has been improved by Doka yet again. Its successor product is the ProFrame panel – also rentable, and in addition to its edge protector (now coloured grey) now also featuring specially designed shock absorbers at the corners.

Only just over a year after the technical prototype was unveiled at bauma 2010, the single-side-operable form-tying system Monotec is now ready for series production and available for retrofitting to Doka framed formwork Framax Xlife.

Viaduct built 20 % faster

A capacity build-out project on the AVE high-speed rail line between Madrid and Valencia is due to be completed in three months’ time. As part of this project, Doka España was appointed by the responsible subcontractor Tecozam to supply the formwork for building a 1079 m long viaduct. Doka’s Load-bearing tower Staxo 100 system allowed work to move ahead fast here, yet with the utmost in safety.
