The high-speed hand-set system with integrated "stripping logic"

Straightforward, easy-to-understand workflow

This value-for-money, high-speed system has a pre-defined stripping sequence which boosts efficiency and evens out the site crew's workload. Any type of form-facing can be used, enabling all architectural wishes regarding the concrete surface to be met.

Reduced on-site formwork quantities

thanks to its integrated "stripping-logic"

Doka Xtra lets you work swiftly and economically, by:

  • allowing you to strike and re-use approx. 75 % of the equipment at an early stage

  • having only 4 different system components, all engineered to work together perfectly

  • low commissioning quantity and fast repositioning

Greater cost-efficiency

because the system uses only a small number of – highly practical – different components

Start benefiting from the advantages of Doka Xtra right away!

  • easy workflows

  • optimises the site crew's workload

  • efficient site logistics (only 1 length of beam)

Maximised number of re-use cycles

thanks to the system's high-grade components

The well-proven Doka system components will give you very high numbers of repeat uses. High quality and durability are what make all the difference!

The advantages are plain to see: the bulk of the formwork equipment can be struck ahead of time and re-used immediately in the next casting section.

Doka Xtra head

The Doka Xtra head has a quick-lowering function to minimise damage during stripping, and ensures absolute stability while the formwork is being struck.

Floor prop Eurex top

The first-ever floor prop with an impact protector from Doka

  • unbeatably durable, due to impact protector
  • light and safe, thanks to new lightweight design
  • easy to back off, using integral quick-lowering feature
  • quick height adjustment, helped by numbered holes

Beam H20 top

Up to 3 times the lifespan, thanks to built-in shock absorber

  • long life unmatched by any other beam, thanks to its integral shock absorber
  • fast, safe formwork set-up by referring to markings on the flanges
  • beams can be labelled – deters theft and uses the beams as an advertising vehicle
  • its innovative ends give it an innovative edge!

ProFrame panel

Newly developed frame maximises repeat-use numbers

  • cuts costs with option to either purchase or rent
  • re-use cycles maximised by the newly developed frame of the ProFrame panel, which gives special protection to the corners in the same way as a shock absorber
  • used with Doka floor-slab systems

Integrated stripping-logic

With its built-in quick-lowering function, the Xtra head makes forming operations even faster, with even less wear-and-tear on the equipment, and keeps the props – and thus the whole system – stable during formwork removal.

Early striking

The Doka Xtra floor system permits early striking, and so speeds up the whole workflow.

Initial situation

Floor slab with Doka Xtra formwork still in place

Step 1

Folding tripods and intermediate props are removed

Step 2

Floor-slab formwork is lowered using the Doka Xtra head

Step 3

The secondary beams, and most of the formwork sheets, are removed

Step 4

The primary beams are removed. All the system components that have been removed are now available for forming a new section of floor-slab. The temporary reshoring stays in place until the concrete has attained sufficient load-bearing strength.
