Wall formwork FF100 tec

Wall formwork FF100 tec

The site-ready timber-beam formwork for high-specification concrete finishes

The high-load timber-beam formwork with a system grid

The pre-assembled standard elements of Doka timber-beam formwork FF100 tec combine the advantages of timber-beam formwork with the grid-related advantages of a framed formwork system. They owe their extremely high load-bearing capacity to the new, heavy-duty Beam I tec 20 and the FF100 tec waling WU14.

No limits on the pouring rate

up to a pour-height of 3.60 m, with only two 20.0 form-tie points

Also withstands the hydrostatic pressure of new types of concrete, thanks to

  • the minimised deflection achieved by the stable I tec 20 beam

  • high rigidity as the formwork beams are fastened to the walings by welded-on plates

Optimises equipment utilisation and site logistics

by its underlying 25 cm grid, with only a small number of different element widths

Cuts the commissioning quantities and rental duration, thanks to

  • simplified planning based on a logical element size-grid

  • rapid availability with no lead-times for pre-assembly

  • maximised utilisation of the commissioning quantity

The fair-faced concrete formwork

made of ready-assembled standard elements

Provides superb concrete appearance

  • as the form-ties are located well inside the element, in a symmetrical pattern

  • no screw imprints in the concrete, as the form-facing is screwed on from the rear

  • as the pre-assembled beam grilles can be faced with any type of form-facing

  • is suitable for fair-faced concrete of Classes SB 1 to SB 4 (as defined in German Code of Practice for Fair-Faced Concrete)

Rapid forming with the utmost workplace safety

thanks to the system's ease of handling and optimised accessories

Shortens the forming-times, with its

  • improved formwork element connectors with optimised pull-tight and push-apart function for tighter joins and troublefree fitting of sealing tapes

  • up to 25 cm wide closures in a 5 cm grid with no need for an adjustable waling extension

  • up to 20 cm wide infill zones with no need for extra form-ties

  • ready-to-use platform systems with integrable ladderways

  • optimised element struts
