Tendering phase

Tendering phase

Making the right selection

The project has been put out to tender and the client is expecting to receive bids for the works specified in the bid invitation. The contractor's job in this phase of the project is to draw up a bid that is technically feasible and that can be carried out by the desired deadline at an economical price. This involves considerable effort for the contractor, in terms of work, ideas and costs.
