With its planning software Tipos, Doka gives you a helpful and easy-to-use tool for optimised materials planning at your site.

Simply enter all measurement data (layout, radii, diameters, circular arcs, etc.) using the “Schal-Igel®” on-screen assistant.

You can interactively intervene in the planning program whenever you wish, in order to take account of changed conditions on the site during the planning process. Layouts, sections, close-ups, photos and texts from other programs can all also be incorporated without difficulty.

Which versions of Tipos-Doka do exist?

  • Full version: Is the efficient and quick Doka Formwork planning system. Is activated with the provided authorisation code. Please ask for the price at your next Doka branch.
  • Update: A full version of Tipos Doka authorises to a competitive update to the current version. This applies to maximum 2 former versions
  • Training version: The Tipos Doka training version contains 25 licences for pupils and 2 licences for teachers. It relates to a full version and is available for a strongly reduced price.
  • Student version: A student version relates to a full version. It is available for free if you send us a copy of your valid student ID.
  • Demo version: The demo version is like a full version, but „print“, „save“ and the clipboard is deactivated. It is available for free.

What is Tipos Doka able to do especially well?
Tipos Doka is especially convenient for quick planning of system formwork. From the foreman, who plans the formwork operation of the next day, to the employee in the working preparation. The logistics is also supported, because Tipos Doka also considers the quantity of material at the planning. There are no formwork solutions planned, if there is no material for them at the site.


How do I update my version?
Currently Tipos Doka is only available as a CD version. Please contact your next Doka branch for updates. It is planned for future, that updates are also available as download. Then you will find them at the Doka website.


Where do I get help with problems?
If you have any questions concerning installation or authorization, you can contact us with an E-mail to CAD-Technik@doka.com. If you have any questions about the program operation, please use the help integrated in the program. In addition you can participate on trainings offered from Doka. Which file formats can Tipos Doka process?
Tipos Doka can open Tipos Doka project files of the current version an former versions. That applies to maximally two past version stages. In addition layouts from DXF files can be taken over. Extensive filter functions are available for the geometry elements which can be taken over. The layout can be after-drawn then or taken over directly.


How can I learn Tipos Doka?

Do I need special previous knowledge for Tipos Doka?
Tipos Doka plans Doka formworks and is a Windows program which can be handled simply. The user surface uses build- and formwork-technical terms. Therefore technical knowledge is an advantage in these ranges. That applies also to basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows.


There is a directly callable help to each menu option and dialogue.

Why are no item prices contained in Tipos Doka?
Item prices change and they are dependent on the country and currency. On the other hand additional values are decisive for renting offers such as term of lease. Please contact your next Doka branch for an offer for a project planned by yourself with Tipos Doka. Tipos Doka project data can be read in all Doka branches as basis for an offer electronically.


Can I convert a demo version to a full version?
Yes, you must buy a full version with an authorisation code. The input of the authorisation code converts the demo version into a full version.
