- The structure was build using the skeleton construction method. It consists of a monolithic core (stairwells and elevator shafts), concrete columns and monolithic plates (25 cm) with edge beams. The building includes 2 underground levels with parking spots, a retail level and 9 above-ground office floors. Thanks to Dokadek 30, pouring the 850 m² plate took only a week.
