Highway bridge "city fly-over bridge", D1 Sverepec- Vrtižer

The construction in the Sverepec – Vrtižer segment became part of the main course of highway D1. The thoroughfare above residential, office and commercial structures of Považská Bystrica became the dominant segment of the entire highway. The support structure of the fly-over bridge forms a unit across the entire width of the highway and allowed for use of the economical 1-pier support system. Doka supplied formwork for piers and the apron of the bridge. Three Doka bridge edge wagons T were used as well.
