New ribbons (multi-function bars) replace menus and toolbars. There is a new quick-access panel that you can configure with the commands you need most frequently. The "undo" function works over several steps.
The tooltips optimize handling and are rounded out by the Help feature.
The number of decimal places has been increased to 4 so that the values for uniformly distributed loads can be shown with sufficient accuracy even when imperial units of measure are used.
In order to have the load graphic, the lengths of rod and the reaction loads all together in one screen, the lengths of rod have been moved up to input data, above the reaction loads. This makes the graphic easier to use in subsequent processing, for example in unit-load calculations.
Updates are available for download. This includes a complete setup. It is recommended that you uninstall the existing version of the program, and then install the current setup.

Tipos Piecelist Editor is used to create piecelists for Doka formwork. Tipos Beam Statics is used to calculate continuous load-bearing beams. These are easy to use Windows programs. The user interface makes use of terms that are common in the construction and formwork technology fields, so it is obviously an advantage to have technical knowledge in these areas. The same goes for basic skills in Microsoft Windows.
You can call up a Help box for every menu item and dialogue.

Basically, it should be stated in advance that every program module has its own serial number and must be authorized by a separate code. The authorization is based on the Handshake procedure, i.e. the authorization code is sent on request.
