Building on a successful collaboration that began in 2023, Doka – together with the Umdasch Group Foundation, the charitable arm of its parent company, the Umdasch Group – continues to support affordable housing efforts across the United States.

Since the start of the partnership with Habitat for Humanity, Doka team members have contributed over 250 volunteer days, helping to construct more than 20 homes in collaboration with families in need. With this renewed commitment, Doka employees will once again dedicate their time and expertise to the construction of eight additional homes, further strengthening communities and making a lasting impact across the country.
Doka will partner with the following USA Habitat for Humanity affiliates on the 2025 team builds beginning this summer:
Doka team members will also participate in a ReStore volunteer event supporting Habitat for Humanity of East Polk County (Florida), expanding the scope of Doka's volunteer efforts.
"Habitat for Humanity’s work is incredibly inspiring, and it's an honor for all of us to be a part of it", says Michael Kennedy, Executive Vice President for Doka in the Americas and CEO of Doka USA. “Every time our team members step onto a build site, you can feel the energy, because we care deeply about the communities where we live and work. Being able to roll up our sleeves and help build these homes alongside Habitat’s homeowners is an exceptionally rewarding experience, and I am so proud of our team for their commitment.”
Additionally, Doka, together with AT-PAC – a company of umdasch Industrial Solutions – will once again support the prestigious Jimmy Cartner & Rosalynn Carter Work Project, reaffirming its commitment to Habitat for Humanity's work to build safe and affordable housing around the world. In 2025, the event will launch Austin Habitat for Humanity’s efforts to construct the first fully geothermal neighborhood in the United States.
