On Facebook, Doka GmbH, of Josef Umdasch Platz 1, A 3300 Amstetten, Austria (referred to hereinafter as ‘Doka’) is organising a prize draw giving participants a chance to win one Doka package (including one Doka Softshell jacket, one Doka shoulder bag and one Doka Baseballcap). The prize draw is subject to the conditions set out below:
Eligible persons to enter the prize draw: Eligibility to enter the prize draw is restricted to persons of full age who commented the correct answer to the question posed in the video post, “prize draw Doka Forum”, on the DokaEAP Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/DokaEAP/, by the entry-submission deadline (15.07.2018, 18:00 o’clock (CET/MEZ)). Each person can enter the content only once. The prize draw is open for all Facebook users. The prize draw starts on 09.07.2018 at 07:00 o’clock and ends on 15.07.2018 at 18:00 o’clock.
By fulfilling the conditions of entry listed at point 1 above entrants expressly accept these conditions of entry.
Entry is free of charge, voluntary, and without obligation for entrants. Employees of the Umdasch Group and its subsidiaries Doka, Umdasch Group Ventures and Umdasch Store Makers are excluded from entering this prize draw.
Recourse to law, and the substitution of cash payments for the prize, are excluded. The winner may not assign the prize to any other person.
The winner will be selected randomly and will be announced within 3 days after the termination of the prize draw via a comment in the comment section of the Facebook post announcing the prize draw. All participants who fulfill the entry requirements listed in point 1 will be placed in a lottery pot. The winner will be drawn randomly by the employees of the Doka marketing department at the company headquarters in Amstetten Austria, to the exclusion of the public. Additionally, the winner will be notified by being named in the comments section of the Facebook video post “prize draw Doka Forum”, by a member of the marketing department at the company headquarters. In order to be able to send the winner the prize, he/she will be asked to forward his/her address via E-mail or via the Facebook Messenger, so that the prize can be sent.
In case of no response from the winner within 3 months of this person’s name being randomly selected, or if it is not possible to send the prize to the address given by the winner within 3 months of this person’s name being randomly selected, his or her claim to the prize will lapse and a new winner will be randomly selected with the above mentioned method for the prize draw. If the contact information, and in particular the address, given is incorrect, Doka is under no obligation to attempt to find out the correct address or to send the prize again to the corrected address. The detriment resulting from the stating of incorrect contact details shall be borne entirely by the participant.
The randomly selected winner will receive one Doka package including: One Doka Softshell jacket, model unisex. The size preference of the winner can be considered, but is dependant on the actual availability of sizes. Additionally, the winner will get one Doka shoulder bag and one Doka Baseballcap. Both items are only available in one size, model unisex.
The participant expressly agrees to publication of his or her name in the event of him or her winning a prize.
Doka shall not be liable for data loss, in particular data loss occurring in the course of transmission and/or as a result of other technical defects. Doka shall not be liable for any material defects or deficiencies in title affecting the prize itself.
Doka reserves the right to call off the prize draw at any time, without prior notice, especially if technical reasons make it impossible to ensure that the prize draw will be conducted properly. Doka also reserves the right to change the conditions of entry at any time, in which case it will draw attention to any such change on Facebook.
Doka reserves the right to exclude persons from the prize draw in the event of non-compliance with these conditions of entry.
The prize draw shall be governed solely by the law of the Republic of Austria with the exception of the conflict of law rules under private international law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.If any of these provisions should be, or become, invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other terms and conditions. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by suitable provisions approximating as closely as possible to the purpose of the inoperative provisions.
This prize draw is organized by the Facebook page of Doka and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Therefore Facebook does not serve as a point of contact for this prize draw. All questions and information regarding this prize draw have to be communicated to Doka.
