On Facebook, Doka Norge AS, Vekstveien 19, 3474 Åros (referred to hereinafter as ‘Doka’) is organizing a competition, giving entrants a chance to win one of five restaurant vouchers. The prize draw is subject to the conditions set out below:

1. Eligible persons to enter the prize draw: Eligibility to enter the prize draw is restricted to persons of full age who have commented the complete and correct answer to the question posed in the announcement posting of the prize draw “Doka Norge Facebook Competition” in the comment section of the Facebook posting by the entry-submission deadline (May 25, 2021 at 12 AM). Each person can enter the contest only once. The prize draw is open for all Facebook users. Employees are excluded from entering for this prize draw.
   
   
2. By fulfilling the conditions of entry listed at point 1. Eligible persons to enter the prize draw, entrants expressly accept these conditions of entry.
   
   
3. The prize draw starts on May 18, 2021 at 3 PM and ends on May 25, 2021 at 12 AM (CET). Entry is free of charge, voluntary, and without obligation for entrants.
   
   
4. Recourse to law, and the substitution of cash payments for the prize, are excluded. Prizewinners may not assign the prize to any other person.
   
   
5. The winner will be selected by random principle and will be announced within 48 hours after the termination of the prize draw via a comment in the comment section of the Facebook posting announcing the prize draw. All participants who fulfill the entry requirements listed at 1. Eligible persons to enter the prize draw, will be placed in a lottery pot. The winner will be drawn randomly by the employees of Doka Norge, to the exclusion of the public. Additionally, and insofar as the privacy settings of the winner allow it, the winner will also be notified via a direct message on Facebook.
   
   
6. In case of no response from the winner within 3 months of this person’s name being randomly selected, or if it is not possible to send the prize to the address given by the winner within 3 months of this person’s name being randomly selected his or her claim to the prize will lapse and a new prizewinner will be randomly selected with the above mentioned method for the prize draw. If the contact information, and in particular the address, given is incorrect, Doka is under no obligation to attempt to find out the correct address or to send the prize again to the corrected address. The detriment resulting from the stating of incorrect contact details shall be borne entirely by the entrant.
   
   
7. The randomly selected winner will receive a restaurant voucher.
   
   
8. Prize draw entrants agree to the storing and processing of their data for advertising purposes. Person-related data of prize draw entrants will not be divulged to third parties at any time. The entrant expressly agrees to the publication of his or her name in the event of him or her winning a prize.
   
   
9. Doka shall not be liable for data loss, in particular data loss occurring in the course of transmission and/or as a result of other technical defects. Doka shall not be liable for any material defects or deficiencies in title affecting the prize itself.
   
   
10. Doka reserves the right to call off the prize draw at any time, without prior notice, especially if technical reasons make it impossible to ensure that the prize draw will be conducted properly. Doka also reserves the right to change the conditions of entry at any time, in which case it will draw attention to any such change on Facebook.
    
    
11. Doka reserves the right to exclude persons from the prize draw in the event of non-compliance with these conditions of entry.
    
    
12. The prize draw shall be governed solely by the law of Norway with the exception of the conflict of law rules under private international law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any of these provisions should be, or become, invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other terms and conditions. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by suitable provisions approximating as closely as possible to the purpose of the inoperative provisions.
    
    
13. This prize draw is organized by the Facebook page of the company Doka Norge and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Therefore Facebook does not serve as a point of contact for this prize draw. All questions and information regarding this prize draw have to be communicated to Doka Norge.
