
To ensure that you can use our solutions properly and safely on the construction site, it is our responsibility to provide you in advance with the required documentation (user information, etc.) for training your employees on safety procedures. We have streamlined this service into an automated electronic process. This offers significant advantages for you as a user.
How exactly does digital document transmission work? Below, we have summarized the most important questions and answers about the workflow for you.
The documents required to be provided are automatically sent via email as part of the material delivery to a predefined authorized signatory (e.g., construction manager, foreman, safety officer). All documents related to the items included in the respective delivery can be accessed online and downloaded directly.
To ensure that we can verify whether all documents have been successfully transmitted, we ask that you promptly confirm receipt via digital signature in the email. This confirmation will be recorded in our system as proof that you have received all the documents you need for the safety training of your employees and the proper commissioning of our systems.
Documents are sent according to the principle: “As much as necessary, as little as possible.” This means that for each partial shipment, you will receive the documents for the items included in that shipment, but without any documents that were already sent to you with previous shipments. This way, you won’t have to sign anything more than once.
Our goal is to make the document submission process as simple and convenient as possible for you. If we haven’t received confirmation of receipt, we’ll send you a reminder email after seven days and, if necessary, after 14 days. If we still haven’t received confirmation by then, your account manager will contact you directly.
All documents related to a project are stored in a shared repository that remains accessible throughout the entire project duration. Documents from subsequent deliveries are simply added to the list. This way, you always have an up-to-date overview of all the documents provided without having to search for them.
