The Bevera railway bridge consisting of seven sections spanning 62 m each, is nearly 500 m long and the landmark of the new railway route between Arcisate in Italy and Stabio in Switzerland. Elliptical bridge piers of differing heights (3 m to 12.5 m) as well as chalice-shaped supports (8.8 m high) were realized in metal using custom formwork units and supported by Load-bearing towers Staxo 100.
