New Ferencváros Stadium

Hungary

One of the oldest Hungarian football stadiums is reconstructed using the Doka system formwork. The project includes two main parts: stands and main building. Task: Casting the monolithically produced walls in fair-faced concrete quality inside the stadium connected to the pre-fabricated stand structures. These steps are carried out based on the sheet pattern specified by the planner. Construction required casting 3,852 m² high-quality fair-faced concrete walls for the main building and 3,531 m² for the stands. The Framax Xlife formwork system with Doka-OptiX release-agent was used for this purpose. The result: high-quality, smooth fair-faced concrete surfaces
