Zurzeit entsteht das höchste Gebäude Monacos mit 170m. Aufgrund der engen Platzverhältnisse, der runden Bauwerksgeometrie und der hohen Sicherheitsstandards konnten mit dem Schutzschild Xclimb 60 mit Rahmeneinhausung Xbright sowie dem Dokadek 30 diese Anforderungen realisiert werden.
