On Facebook, Doka Norge AS, Vekstveien 19, 3474 Åros (referred to hereinafter as ‘Doka’) is organizing a prize raffle, giving entrants a chance to win one of five restaurant vouchers. The prize raffle is subject to the conditions set out below:

1. Eligibility to enter the prize raffle on Facebook and Instagram is restricted to persons of full age according to Norwegian law (18 years) and to persons having commented the complete and correct answer to the question posed in the announcement posting of “Prize Raffle Eurex 20” in the comment section of the Facebook and Instagram posting by the entry-submission deadline (May 27, 2021 at 12 AM). Each person can enter the contest only once. The prize raffle is open for all Facebook and Instagram users living in Norway. Employees of Doka Norway, global Doka subsidiaries as well as public officials are excluded from entering the prize raffle.
   
   
2. Eligible persons to enter the prize raffle accept the conditions of entry.
   
   
3. The prize raffle starts on May 19, 2021 at 2 PM and ends on May 27, 2021 at 12 AM (CET). Entry is free of charge, voluntary, and without obligation for entrants.
   
   
4. Recourse to law, and the substitution of cash payments for the prize, are excluded. Prizewinners may not assign the prize to any other person.
   
   
5. The winner will be selected randomly and will be announced within 48 hours after the termination of the prize raffle via a comment in the comment section of the Facebook and Instagram posting announcing the prize raffle. Eligible persons to enter the prize raffle, will be placed in a lottery pot. The winner will be drawn randomly by the employees of Doka Norge, to the exclusion of the public. Additionally, and insofar as the privacy settings of the winner allow it, the winner will also be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram.
   
   
6. In case of no response from the winner within 3 months of this person’s name being randomly selected, or if it is not possible to send the prize to the address given by the winner within 3 months of this person’s name being randomly selected his or her claim to the prize will lapse and a new prizewinner will be randomly selected with the above mentioned method for the prize raffle. If the contact information, and in particular the address, given is incorrect, Doka is under no obligation to attempt to find out the correct address or to send the prize again to the corrected address. The detriment resulting from the stating of incorrect contact details shall be borne entirely by the entrant.
   
   
7. The randomly selected winner will receive a restaurant voucher for Big Horn Steakhouse at a value of 1,000 NOK.
   
   
8. Prize raffle entrants agree to the storing and processing of their data for advertising purposes. Person-related data of prize raffle entrants will not be divulged to third parties at any time. The entrant expressly agrees to the publication of his or her name in the event of him or her winning a prize.
   
   
9. Doka reserves the right to call off the prize raffle at any time, without prior notice, especially if technical reasons make it impossible to ensure that the prize rafffle will be conducted properly. Doka also reserves the right to change the conditions of entry at any time, in which case it will draw attention to any such change on Facebook or Instagram.
   
   
10. Doka reserves the right to exclude persons from the prize raffle in the event of non-compliance with these conditions of entry.
    
    
11. The prize raffle shall be governed solely by the law of Norway with the exception of the conflict of law rules under private international law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any of these provisions should be, or become, invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other terms and conditions. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by suitable provisions approximating as closely as possible to the purpose of the inoperative provisions.
    
    
12. This prize raffle is organized by the Facebook and Instagram page of the company Doka Norge and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Therefore Facebook and Instagram do not serve as a point of contact for this prize raffle. All questions and information regarding this prize raffle have to be communicated to Doka Norge.
