As management's partner, in Finance & Controlling we make an important contribution to Doka’s long-term success, providing transparency and the basis on which decisions are made and thus we contribute to efficiency and profitability. How do we do it? In the finance division, we are responsible for strict and proper accounting that forms the basis for producing the quarterly and annual financial statements. We also compile the basic financial data for more extensive controlling reports. Corporate Treasury ensures that an optimum financing structure is in place to ensure liquidity and – where useful and economically efficient – interest and currency are hedged.
In Controlling we support these aims and ensure that our actions will achieve the objectives through providing data of the required quality for efficient planning and budgeting, timely reporting based on the actual data, forecasts, cost variance analyses and reports on actions, further information relevant for decision-making and KPIs. This is important because opportunities can only be taken up and risks dealt with if a conscious decision has been made to give due consideration to what the future holds.
And that’s just what we do. We work with modern processes and state-of-the-art finance and controlling instruments such as SAP Fl/CO, Tagetik or SAP S4/Hana in an international environment with operations in over 50 countries, communicating with different countries, people and cultures all the time. A love of languages and enthusiasm for business trips will help to pass our knowledge to new colleagues in exciting training courses. Yard Processes, Reconditioning, Automation & Pre-Assembly
