“We let others shine,” is one on the principles of Global Human Resources (HR) at Doka. We do everything to ensure that our 7,000 employees are successful and are enthusiastic about working for Doka, whether it is when they first join the company, are looking to become managers or are experienced employees. Yard Processes, Reconditioning, Automation & Pre-Assembly
Doka rents formwork and scaffolding to construction companies in over 70 countries worldwide. On request also for the highest building in the world. Over 100 Doka branches are busy in renting or selling these products.
Engineering
As an engineer at Doka, you play a key role throughout the whole project planning cycle. Starting with the draft and the preparation of the first concept, you will then continue to develop the detailed solution, support project implementation and coordinate others involved, both from within the company and outside.
