The ability to control the pouring process in real time, rather than relying on a gut feeling, was a huge advantage for our customer, UAB Projektana. As the permissible fresh concrete pressure was reduced to 25 kN/m², monitoring the pouring speed was crucial. The data derived from our DokaXact Pressure sensors is both visible on the smartphone and documented in the web portal, providing maximum convenience and flexibility for the user. In this way, our IoT solution DokaXact not only helped to ensure safety on the site but also saved a considerable amount of time and resources.
Due to changed design of supporting construction, max concrete pressure was reduced to 25 kN/m².
5 pcs. DokaXact Pressure sensors for efficient control of the pouring process.
Instead of the planned 9 hours, the pour for this wall was finished in 6 hours.
Increased safety due to a controlled pouring process and real-time sensor data.
Significant savings in resources (12 hours) due to 3 hours earlier completion.
