We make it work for neighbors in need.
Doka USA, a leading provider of concrete forming, shoring, and scaffolding solutions, is proud to announce the renewal of its partnership with Habitat for Humanity. Building on a successful collaboration that began in 2023, Doka is reaffirming its commitment for the third year in a row with a $100,000 donation and a pledge to support the construction of eight additional homes across the United States.

Since 2023, Doka team members have contributed over 250 volunteer days to help construct more than 20 homes in partnership with families in need of affordable housing. The renewed partnership will see the Doka team volunteering their time and skills once again to contribute to the building of eight more homes, making a tangible difference in communities across the country.

Doka will partner with the following Habitat for Humanity affiliates on the 2025 team builds beginning this summer:
- Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newark (New Jersey)
- Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake (Maryland)
- Habitat for Humanity of Broward (Florida)
- Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County (Texas)
- Riverside Habitat for Humanity (California)
- Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver (Colorado)
- Will County Habitat for Humanity (Illinois)
- Gwinnett/Walton Habitat for Humanity (Georgia)

Doka team members will also participate in a ReStore volunteer event supporting Habitat for Humanity of East Polk County (Florida), expanding the scope of Doka's volunteer efforts.

Additionally, Doka is honored to be a three-time sponsor of the prestigious Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project, further solidifying its dedication to Habitat for Humanity's work to build safe and affordable housing around the world. In 2025, the Carter Work Project will launch Austin Habitat for Humanity’s efforts to construct the first fully geothermal neighborhood in the United States.

"Habitat for Humanity’s work is incredibly inspiring, and it's an honor for all of us to be a part of it,” says Michael Kennedy, Executive Vice President for Doka in the Americas and CEO of Doka USA. “Every time our team members step onto a build site, you can feel the energy, because we care deeply about the communities where we live and work. Being able to roll up our sleeves and help build these homes alongside Habitat’s homeowners is an exceptionally rewarding experience, and I am so proud of our team for their commitment.”

This collaboration is supported by the Umdasch Group Foundation, the charitable arm of Doka’s parent company, the Umdasch Group.

“We are excited to continue our partnership with Habitat for Humanity. It reflects our values and belief in the power of collaboration,” says Wolfgang Litzlbauer, CEO of the Umdasch Group. “Our support, combined with the active involvement of our employees, aligns with our business strategy and mission to create better spaces. Together, we are not only building homes but also making a lasting impact. This partnership is truly meaningful to us, and we look forward to another year of creating positive change together.”

About Habitat for Humanity
Driven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity found its earliest inspirations as a grassroots movement on a community farm in South Georgia. Since its founding in 1976, the housing organization has since grown to become a leading global nonprofit working in local communities across all 50 states in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and more than 70 countries. Families and individuals in need of a hand up partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Through financial support, volunteering or adding a voice to support affordable housing, everyone can help families achieve the strength, stability and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves.
